Your position

  • Own end-to-end accounting for revenue and partnership arrangements, ensuring accurate recognition, timely close, and complete disclosures across customer and partner incentives.
  • Maintain and improve internal controls and reporting; partner with commercial, legal, tax, and data teams to define accounting and control requirements; support audits.
  • Identify, design, and implement AI and automation solutions (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to reduce manual work while preserving governance and audit readiness.
  • Own month-end and quarter-end close for revenue and partnerships, including subledger reviews, journals, reconciliations, and exception handling.
  • Analyze balance sheet and P&L movements, investigate anomalies, and produce evidence-based commentary on key drivers.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of ASC 606 and US GAAP as applied to incentives, revenue sharing, and non-standard terms.
  • Experience with revenue and partnerships accounting, close processes, subledger reviews, journals, and reconciliations.
  • Ability to analyze commercial economics, contract terms, and data flows to ensure complete and accurate transactions.
  • Experience designing AI-driven automation and process improvements using tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini, while maintaining oversight and auditability.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with commercial, legal, tax, and data teams; supporting audits.
