Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform, enabling individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace, it aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities. The company is growing fast, with $21B traded in 2025, and aims to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media. Polymarket is expanding its Engineering team to provide white-glove support to its most active users. This role requires a technical background and involves working across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Compliance, with a primary focus on delivering results for clients. The majority of time will be spent understanding client needs, providing solutions, and shaping feedback into product decisions. The Advanced Customer Product Engineer will act as a mini-founder within a mini-startup at Polymarket, ensuring partners get the most value from the platform. Responsibilities include owning a named portfolio of clients and managing relationships from onboarding through long-term retention, resolving problems before escalation, and using first-hand knowledge to shape product development. The role involves daily coding, pulling data, writing SQL queries, reading code paths, shipping fixes to unblock clients, and improving the support organization. Additionally, the engineer will translate client pain into product insights, surface product gaps, track adoption signals, and influence the roadmap using data and intuition. They will act as the voice of the client internally and externally, building trust with technical teams and business leaders, and pushing for important fixes. Finally, the role aims to turn great support into growth by driving referrals and ensuring a magical experience for sophisticated traders.
