Your position

  • AI Security Engineer at Alpaca - own technical security controls for AI usage, including AI identity, guardrails, logging, and tooling; collaborate with AI Enablement, Engineering, DevOps, GRC, and Security; 100% distributed remote security team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in security engineering, application security, or cloud security
  • Hands-on securing LLM applications, AI agents, or AI developer tools
  • Understanding of AI-specific risks (prompt injection, data leakage, excessive agency, insecure tool use)
  • Experience with identity and access controls for services and non-human identities (OAuth, service accounts, secrets management)
  • Programming in Python or another general-purpose language(s)
