- AML/Compliance Analyst
Requirements
- 2–5 years in AML, transaction monitoring, or financial crimes compliance in crypto exchange, fintech, or traditional financial institution
- Strong understanding of blockchain, digital assets, and AML risks in crypto
- Solid understanding of BSA/AML regulations, OFAC sanctions, and FinCEN guidance for virtual currency
- Analytical skills to analyze complex financial data and write investigative narratives
- Hands-on experience with blockchain analytics tools and fiat transaction monitoring vendors
