Your position

  • Backend Production Support Engineer: design, develop, maintain, and improve software for ventures projects; involved in components behind scalable apps from frontend UI to backend infra; handle L3 production support, integration testing, system reliability, production change management, and cross-team collaboration. Work primarily in the HKT timezone with possible EST handover.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in application or technical support
  • Experience with AI usage, shell scripting, Golang, and SQL
  • Familiar with monitoring and logging systems (e.g., Datadog, Sumologic, OpenTelemetry)
  • Strong analytical skills; proactive issue identification and ownership
  • Detail-oriented with ability to multitask across projects; proactive, solution-oriented mindset; strong communication in English and Mandarin; Cantonese fluent
