Your position

  • Business Development Manager, Hungary – responsibilities include expanding KOL/affiliate network (Czechia & Slovakia context in source), recruiting affiliates and VIP traders, fostering partnerships, driving user growth and trading volume via affiliate channels, maintaining relationships with VIPs/affiliates, collaborating with Product, monitoring competitors, and expanding partnerships locally and internationally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian or Balkan region languages
  • Experience in affiliate development within crypto/finance/trading, especially in Hungary
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills; goal-oriented with targets
  • Understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations in Eastern/Central Europe
