Compliance Analyst / Senior Compliance Analyst (Special Investigations) – focus on analyzing blockchain data to identify illicit activities; support the Special Investigations team; conduct in-depth AML investigations of complex cases; analyze blockchain transactions; collaborate with Compliance, FIU, law enforcement, regulators; stay updated on crypto industry trends and regulatory changes; contribute to training and knowledge sharing.

3-5 years of direct technical experience in BSA/AML investigations and operations; strong knowledge of BSA/AML and KYC regulations, risks, and controls globally; strong understanding of blockchain technology, crypto protocols, and decentralized networks; proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines; self-motivated, independent, and capable of working in dispersed teams; strong communication and ability to write detailed investigative reports; experience working independently and with stakeholders at varying levels.
Nice to have: multinational/matrix environment experience; familiarity with transaction monitoring and reporting tools (e.g., Solidus Labs, Chainalysis, Elliptic); relevant certifications (CAMS, CFCS).
