Your position

  • Support Legal, Compliance, and AI-driven technology initiatives; design AI-native tools to improve compliance and legal operations; develop AI/ML workflows using LLMs, RAG, and agentic architectures; prototype and deploy AI-powered compliance solutions; collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and MLRO and cross-functional stakeholders; track regulatory requirements for new product launches; build benchmark frameworks and evaluate AI systems for retrieval quality, latency, groundedness, and task success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in compliance technology, legal technology, regulatory technology, or software development supporting compliance or legal functions.
  • Strong understanding of relevant compliance rules and day-to-day compliance operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree; AI/CS/engineering/law or related disciplines preferred.
  • Hands-on experience building production RAG systems (embeddings, vector databases, hybrid search, etc.).
  • Experience implementing Agentic RAG approaches (Self-RAG, Corrective RAG, adaptive retrieval, multi-hop reasoning). C Strong understanding of LLM and agent fundamentals (prompt engineering, memory, planning, tool use, multi-agent systems).","Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, rapid prototyping, and solve ambiguous problems.","Strong written and verbal communication skills.","Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
