Requirements

  • 10+ years of backend engineering experience, including 3+ years in a lead or principal role
  • Proven track record designing and scaling distributed systems in production
  • Strong experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
  • Deep expertise in backend languages (Java, Go, Python, Node.js, or similar)
  • Extensive knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, and API design","Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and modern infrastructure practices","Strong understanding of database design, caching, messaging, and high-concurrency systems","Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
