Reporting to the CEO, AvaCloud, this is an exciting opportunity to lead our global growth strategy. This is an ideal role for professionals with a strong business entrepreneurial mindset who have prior experience selling SaaS products, and driving business development and partnerships. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Develop and execute growth strategies: Create and implement data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. Lead growth experiments: Design and conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate on marketing campaigns and product features to optimize key metrics. Collaborate across teams: Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and business development teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives. Analyze data and identify opportunities: Utilize data analytics to understand user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Manage growth budget and resources: Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets. Stay ahead of the curve: Research and implement new growth tactics, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Build a growth-oriented culture: Foster a data-driven, experimental mindset across the organization and empower teams to contribute to growth initiatives.
