Requirements

  • Significant product management experience building payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, trading, or other technically complex products
  • Ability to define product strategy and lead ambiguous, high-impact initiatives from discovery through launch and adoption
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across technical and commercial organizations
  • Strong technical fluency with backend, infrastructure, API, or protocol-level products
  • Deep customer orientation translating complex financial workflows into clear product opportunities

Compensation & benefits

  • CA Annual Base Salary Range $248,000—$310,000 USD
  • Actual salaries may vary; range does not include equity or bonuses/commissions
  • Location: California (CA)-based position
