Your position

  • Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience leading engineers (Engineering Manager, Head of Engineering, Tech Lead or team lead) with hands-on people management
  • Experience in an agency/software house or consulting with responsibility for more than one project simultaneously
  • Ability to unblock the team and give honest feedback to engineers
  • Strong architectural and systemic judgment with technical credibility to challenge solutions
  • Practical proficiency with agentic and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar) and desire to grow this approach in teams/delivery processs

Compensation & benefits
