  • Bpmcpa (BPM) – Fiduciary Accounting Services for high-net-worth families, trusts, estates, conservatorships, and guardianships; collaborates with trustees, wealth advisors, attorneys, and internal professionals; open to California residents with hybrid work for those near a BPM office.

Your position

  • Lead fiduciary accounting engagements from planning through delivery; ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and client service.
  • Review fiduciary accountings, trustee reports, and supporting schedules for accuracy and compliance with fiduciary and court requirements.
  • Advise trustees, beneficiaries, attorneys, family offices, and other professionals; resolve complex accounting and administration matters.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop team members across the U.S. and India; provide coaching, technical guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Manage engagement budgets, staffing, workflow, and deadlines; maintain high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 7+ years fiduciary accounting, trust administration, estate administration, or related experience
  • Experience preparing and reviewing fiduciary accountings
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience supervising and mentoring staff","Exceptional client service and communication skills","Ability to work independently in a remote environment" ,

Compensation & benefits

  • $114,000 - $150,000 per year; salary range reflects factors including experience, certifications, skills, and geographic differentials (San Francisco Bay Area minimums); recruiters provide location-specific range for non-SF Bay Area candidates.
