Your position

  • Financial Controller (Remote) – oversees Financial Controlling and Regulatory Reporting for the Xapo group, IFRS/FRS 102, multi-entity close, regulatory returns, external audit, and tech-enabled automation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) preferred
  • 5+ years as a Controller leading an accounting function
  • Experience in a bank, fintech, or crypto business
  • Strong IFRS and FRS 102 knowledge with experience preparing statements under both regimes2","Crypto asset accounting under IFRS (fair value revaluation, on-chain reconciliations) with blockchain understanding","Regulatory reporting experience (e.g., Basel capital and liquidity returns; GFSC/FCA exposure preferred)","External audit experience","NetSuite proficiency (essential)",
