Your position

  • Forward Deployed Engineer (Madrid): hybrid role split between client-facing technical leadership and core platform engineering. About half time with clients (pre- and post-sales, demos, integration ownership) and half time contributing to the core Taxbit platform (new features, integration capabilities).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional programming experience building cloud applications and services.
  • Fluent in English; native fluency in a main European language; business-level proficiency in 1–2 additional languages preferred.
  • Proven track record in identifying opportunities for AI-powered solutions and using AI to accelerate development.
  • API expert: designing, consuming, and documenting scalable, resilient APIs and services.
  • Full-stack experience across modern web frontends and backend distributed systems; client-facing experience with external technical teams and stakeholders.
