Forward Deployed Product Engineer

Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform, enabling individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace, Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities. We are growing fast, with $21B traded in 2025, and aim to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media. We are building out our Engineering team to deliver white-glove support to our most active users. This role is for someone with a technical background who wants to work across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Compliance, with a main focus on delivering results for clients. The majority of your time will be spent understanding client needs, providing solutions, and shaping feedback into product decisions. You will act as a mini-founder within a mini-startup within Polymarket. The Forward Deployed Product Engineer will work closely with Polymarket's partners to ensure they get the most value from the platform. You'll manage the relationship from onboarding through long-term retention, resolve problems before they escalate, and use that first-hand knowledge to shape what we build next. Responsibilities include: owning a named portfolio of clients, managing relationships, coding daily (pulling data, writing SQL, reading code paths, shipping fixes), translating client pain into product insight, acting as the voice of the client, and turning great support into growth by driving referrals and ensuring a magical experience for sophisticated traders.
