Your position

  • Growth Engineer
  • Own and ship production LLM agents to generate and qualify pipeline across outbound, inbound, and event motions. Build and maintain MCP and integration infrastructure to connect agents with Salesforce, Outreach, Supabase, ZoomInfo, Notion, and Slack. Design grounding/evaluation, routing/scoring/decision logic, internal tooling, and runbooks for a scalable agent fleet. Work with revenue systems and GTM operators to translate agent output into measurable pipeline and meetings.

Requirements

  • 4+ years professional software engineering
  • 1+ year building and shipping LLM-powered applications or agents in production
  • Strong Python and Node.js/TypeScript; React for internal UI
  • Experience with CRM/revenue systems (Salesforce and HubSpot)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot APIs and objects (not admin cert)
