Head of Finance Operations — lead global finance operations, including accounting and reporting, month-end close, financial controls, regulatory reporting, local audits; manage 30+ professionals across 15 countries; partner with regional C-suite on strategy, listings, investments, and M&A; oversee capital planning, investor relations, and external partnerships with financial dimensions; provide financial evaluation for new products/markets/licenses; strengthen internal controls and risk frameworks across crypto and fiat; manage external regulators, banking partners, and payment providers; standardize global finance policies and reporting architecture; participate in leadership and governance bodies where applicable.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Deep IFRS and US GAAP technical foundation
CPA/ACCA/CA or equivalent certification
15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience (crypto/fintech/financial services preferred)
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain, and digital asset accounting? (as stated)
