This is a senior executive role reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, owning the full market lifecycle from listing strategy, market structuring, liquidity development, and market resolution, to building a platform trusted by day traders and sophisticated institutions. Responsibilities include leading a team across market selection, liquidity, operations, and resolution; driving market listing strategy with an instinct for trading interest; building frameworks for evaluating market viability; owning market structure (tick sizes, fees, rebates, incentive design) to ensure tight spreads and durable liquidity; building and managing relationships with market makers, trading firms, and LPs; designing liquidity programs and commercial partnerships; working with media, sports, politics, and other partners on resolution strategy; defining scalable systems for market creation, maintenance, and resolution; and owning resolution credibility and market integrity.
