About the Opportunity:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Leader is a strategic role responsible for aligning HR initiatives with the organization's business objectives. This position partners with senior leadership to drive talent strategies, foster a high-performance culture, and support organizational growth and transformation. The HRBP Leader oversees a team of HRBPs, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive HR solutions, including talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and workforce planning.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and translate them into HR strategies that drive performance, employee engagement, and organizational success.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Guide the existing HRBP team member, and actively initiate and co-work with regional HR specialists to handle complex employee relations issues and cases.
Talent Management:
Oversee succession planning, leadership development, and performance management processes to build a robust talent pipeline across business units.
Employee Engagement:
Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience, including engagement surveys, action planning, and programs to promote inclusion, diversity, equity, and belonging.
Change Management:
Lead organizational change initiatives, including restructures, mergers, or cultural transformations, ensuring effective communication and minimal disruption.
Workforce Planning:
Partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs, develop staffing strategies, and align resources with business priorities.
HR Metrics & Analytics:
Utilize data-driven insights to assess HR program effectiveness, monitor key metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, time-to-hire), and make informed recommendations.
Policy & Compliance:
Partner with HR Ops to ensure HR practices within business units comply with local labor laws and internal policies, while promoting fairness and consistency.
Employee Relations:
Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring resolution aligns with company values and legal requirements.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
Regional or global HR experience in a senior HRBP capacity, operating across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., APAC region).
Fluent in English (written and spoken), enabling seamless communication with regional stakeholders and leadership.
Strong business acumen to translate business goals into actionable HR strategies.
Proven expertise in change management, organizational design, and driving talent initiatives.
