Your position

  • HRIS Manager – Responsible for administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR information systems (Workday core). Partners with HR, Finance, Procurement, IT and vendors; provide day-to-day support, configureWorkday, integrations, reports, security, and governance across markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline (preferred)
  • 5+ years in HRIS/HR technology or related function
  • Hands-on Workday experience (HCM, Time Tracking, Learning, Reporting, Security, Integrations)
  • Experience supporting Workday integrations with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse), Finance, Procurement, payroll, and other enterprise systems
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical HR system configurations, reports, workflows, or process improvements in Workday
