Your position

  • IT & Automation Engineer – own IT and operations for a live fintech protocol; automate repetitive tasks; work with DevOps & Security lead; manage identity, access, and SaaS stack; implement self-service workflows; operate GCP and Cloudflare stacks; contribute to security and automation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in IT engineering, systems administration, IT operations, or MSP roles.
  • Scripting experience in Python/Go/JS or Bash to automate repetitive work.
  • Hands-on experience running workloads on a public cloud (GCP ideal).
  • Strong Linux/Unix fundamentals.
  • Experience administering Google Workspace or equivalent identity platform and multi-SaaS stack (roles, policies, permissions, licenses).Two+ of: Terraform/IaC, Cloudflare, SOC2/ISO 27001 exposure (nice to have).Solid Git/GitHub and CI/CD familiarity.

Compensation & benefits

  • €50,000 - €60,000 a year
  • Fully remote with European base; overlap with US hours as needed
