  • IT Operations Specialist

Requirements

  • 6+ years in IT operations / systems engineering (ownership of, hardening, and improvement of systems)
  • Proven solutions builder able to reverse-engineer complex issues and ship durable fixes
  • Strong experience across macOS, Windows, and Linux (including device lifecycle)
  • Hands-on with at least two MDM solutions (Jamf, Kandji, Intune, or comparable enterprise MDM)
  • Proven patch management experience (testing, validation, controlled rollout)
