Your position

  • Lead Product Manager, Digital Assets — own next-generation regulatory technology for digital assets, gather client needs, and translate into a prioritized roadmap; conduct discovery with banks, VASPs, and regulators; run a discovery panel; present products to clients, prospects, and regulators; travel primarily in the US with occasional international travel; coordinate with CEO, Business Development, and Engineering.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in B2B product management, preferably fintech/regtech/compliance software or regulated financial institution experience
  • Domain experience in financial crime, AML, transaction monitoring, blockchain intelligence, or risk and surveillance products
  • Led complete product cycles from discovery to launch in regulated/enterprise domains; can identify underlying needs behind client requests
  • Native or proficient English with strong presentation skills to senior compliance audiences
  • Established prioritization framework; track record turning customer input into shipped features; technical fluency to challenge engineering decisions

Compensation & benefits

  • US target annual compensation: $120,000–$180,000; final amount based on skills/experience
