Your position

  • Lead Product Manager, Digital Assets — own the next-generation product for digital assets; gather client needs, translate into a prioritized roadmap, and present products to clients, prospects, and regulators in North America and abroad; represent the customer inside CertiK; drive discovery with clients and consultants; build a discovery channel with compliance/risk practitioners; convert conversations into actionable product decisions; lead demos, workshops, and tender presentations; travel to the US and internationally; collaborate with CEO, Business Development, and Engineering on roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in B2B product management (fintech, regtech, compliance software, or regulated financial institutions).
  • Domain experience in financial crime, AML or transaction monitoring, blockchain intelligence, or risk and surveillance products (PM or inside a compliance function).
  • Led complete product cycles from discovery to launch in regulated/enterprise domains; can identify underlying needs behind client requests and justify feature decisions.
  • Native or fully proficient English with professional presentation skills to senior compliance, risk and regulatory audiences.
  • Established prioritization framework with a track record of shipping features based on customer input.

Compensation & benefits
