Your position

  • Lead Scheduler, Pre-Construction (Data Centers)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of scheduling experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical or hyperscale construction programs (data center experience strongly preferred)
  • Subject matter expertise in Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling techniques
  • Demonstrated field construction experience with site operations, sequencing, trade coordination, and practical execution
  • Strong understanding of data center or mission-critical construction sequencing, including long-lead equipment procurement and utility/permitting dependencies Ability to read/interprets architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings and specifications Experience developing/managing an owner's planning and scheduling program across multiple concurrent projects Excellent communication skills for presenting schedule risk/status to technical teams and executives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Bonus: resource-loaded schedules, EVM, cost/schedule integration; familiarity with hyperscale owner standards; PMP/PSP or similar certification; experience with risk analysis tools and Monte Carlo methods; experience with Deltek Acumen Fuse/Primavera Risk Analysis/Safran Risk; advanced proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project
