Requirements

  • Technical Skills: ownership of financial products for banks and regulated institutions; API design and payment rails (ACH, RTP, Fedwire) for high-value payments; API/data model design with security, resiliency, auditability; authentication/permissions/rate limits/versioning standards; SQL or scripting (Python, Node) for automation/data analysis; fiat rails, FX, on/off-ramps, reconciliation, settlement timing, and interaction of fiat conversions with stablecoins and treasury flows.
  • Qualifications: 5+ years in product management with banking/financial/products/payments/FX/capital markets; experience owning complex regulated financial products from concept to production; deep understanding of stablecoins, institutional payments, FX, and treasury workflows; strong analytical and systems-thinking skills; familiarity with U.S. clearing systems, payments networks and messaging; ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Preferred Experience: banking/PSP/clearing network experience; exposure to blockchain-based settlement or tokenized money; interest in AI-driven product development; familiarity with regulatory frameworks for stablecoins in U.S. and international markets; experience partnering with sales or coverage teams while maintaining product ownership.
