Your position

  • Principal QA Engineer / QA Manager – own automated and performance testing for product areas; set testing standards; develop test automation; design and execute stress/performance tests for high-volume trading systems; apply AI tools to accelerate testing; CI/CD integration; mentor QA engineers; report quality metrics; own test automation architecture.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in software QA/test engineering with a strong automation focus
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Hands-on automation experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java; designing or substantially owning a framework
  • Hands-on performance/load testing experience (k6, JMeter, Locust, Gatling)
  • Experience testing APIs and backend/distributed systems; CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) in agile environments; able to learn complex transactional/financial logic and communicate with engineers/product teams; Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience
