Product Manager - Tokenisation & Stablecoin Infrastructure at Bitgo

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial infrastructure, with a record of shipping B2B or institutional products
Strong working knowledge of crypto and blockchain: token standards and mechanics, multiple L1/L2 ecosystems, wallets and custody, and onchain settlement
Understanding of stablecoin and tokenization models: issuance, mint/burn and redemption, reserves, fiat on/off-ramps, and how tokenized funds, securities, or deposits work
Familiarity with the regulatory landscape for stablecoins and digital assets (such as GENIUS Act, MiCA, and trust-bank or custody regulation) and the ability to work through it with legal and compliance partners
Experience leading cross-functional teams, with the ability to coordinate engineering, business, and external partners and to build consensus in ambiguous areas
