Requirements

  • 2+ years RevOps engineering in a B2B tech sales environment
  • Hands-on experience building and managing operational workflows using HubSpot, Clay, and n8n
  • Solid understanding of CRM schemas, custom objects, relational data structures, and lifecycle funnel logic
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to engineer reusable, automated solutions
  • AI-embedded working style using Claude, multi-agent workflows, and automation tooling
