Your position

  • Own end-to-end accounting and reporting for assigned entities and cost areas, including close, reporting, and controls.
  • Full ownership of the month-end close process, including statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Support internal and external reporting, inform business decisions, and drive operational efficiency via automation and AI-powered tools and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Prepare statutory and regulatory reporting for multiple legal entities; perform month-end close procedures (management accounts, journal entries, reconciliations, ERP transaction review); analyze fluctuations in balance sheet and P&L; prepare support for SEC disclosures; review agreements for U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and local reporting compliance.
  • Partner with teams on process improvements (automation, AI-based enhancements); own and improve control design and execution (documentation, testing readiness, control gap identification in line with ICFR/SOX); oversee SOX, audit, and tax compliance efforts; contribute to special projects.

Requirements

  • Strong accounting background with experience in regulatory reporting.
  • Familiarity with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and local reporting compliance.
  • Experience with month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations, and ERP systems.
  • Ability to analyze fluctuations in balance sheet and P&L accounts.
  • Experience with SOX/ICFR, internal controls, audits, and tax compliance efforts.
