Your position

  • Senior Database Administrator – PostgreSQL expert responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining mission-critical PostgreSQL clusters in AWS, with automation and high availability

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing PostgreSQL in production
  • Strong SQL optimization, indexing, and PostgreSQL performance tuning
  • Designing and maintaining highly available, fault-tolerant systems with minimal downtime
  • Experience supporting 24/7 production systems with on-call/incident response
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, EBS, S3, IAM) and PostgreSQL replication, PITR, HA solutions (Repmgr, Patroni, ProxySQL) or similar terms like those; automation using Terraform/Ansible; Linux administration; scripting (Bash, Python, or Go)
