Your position

  • Lead a team developing reliable data services and privacy/governance capabilities for data at scale; lead, coach, and grow engineers; set quarterly roadmap with cross-functional partners; drive design reviews, incident leadership, on-call participation, and operational troubleshooting; own processes to improve engineering quality and meet SLAs; partner with recruiting to hire strong engineers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years software engineering (data platform/infrastructure); 2+ years in engineering management.
  • Experience building, delivering, and operating distributed systems at scale.
  • Strong engineering judgment; focus on quality, maintainability, and practices.
  • Execution-focused; can balance near-term delivery with long-term planning; turn goals into actionable work.
  • Hands-on leadership; willing to engage in technical work and operations; lead technical change in a large, fast-moving org; familiar with blockchain infrastructure (Bitcoin/Ethereum).ville?

Compensation & benefits

  • Annual base salary ₹9,424,000—₹9,424,500 INR (excluding equity and bonus).
  • Total compensation may include equity and bonus; benefits include medical, dental, and vision.
