  • Senior Fullstack Engineer, Operational Automations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering, with a track record shipping and operating complex, large-scale systems in production
  • Strong Go (Golang) expertise with concurrency (goroutines, channels), memory management, and standard library
  • Building user-facing features end-to-end with TypeScript/React
  • Proficiency with SQL and relational databases (prefer PostgreSQL)
  • Ability to reason about human workflows as systems, not just software services; strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities; excellent cross-functional communication skills","Observability, tracing, and continuous profiling experience","Ownership mindset with focus on durable, structural fixes and a 'you build it, you run it' ethos" ,"Experience with CI/CD and deployment tooling (e.g., ArgoCD, Terraform)"],
