Your position

  • Senior Investment Lead — drive strategic growth of the Arbitrum ecosystem across capital markets, including investment firms, asset managers, and research analysts; report to Head of Investment Strategy; build relationships and develop institutional-grade materials; identify high-value opportunities to advance Arbitrum's market standing

Requirements

  • 5-8 years in investment banking, consulting, investor relations, or corporate development
  • Experience in investment analysis, relationship development, and financial markets including transactions and fundraising
  • Hands-on experience with Layer 1/Layer 2 blockchain ecosystems, Ethereum, or other decentralized technologies
  • Highly networked across financial markets and/or digital assets landscape
  • Established relationships across the investment community (crypto-native VCs, traditional asset managers, research houses, prime brokerages)
