Your position

  • Senior IT Operations Engineer — day-to-day IT support, onboarding/offboarding, asset and inventory management, vendor management, onsite IT/networking/AV, automation and identity engineering, security and compliance.

Requirements

  • Frontline IT support across hardware, software, accounts and access requests
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding including device provisioning through JumpCloud and Apple Business Manager
  • Asset and inventory management across all Rain offices
  • Manage SaaS licenses, renewals, enterprise tier upgrades and rightsizing spend
  • Lead vendor management and vendor security reviews, evaluating new tools and onboarding approved vendors/negotiating terms (where applicable)
