  • Senior Market Data Engineer

Requirements

  • 3+ years of backend engineering experience building and maintaining production low-latency systems.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one area of market data infrastructure (feed handlers, normalization, or distribution).
  • Proficiency in low-latency Java (or C++) and familiarity with high-throughput messaging frameworks (Aeron, SBE, or similar).
  • Familiarity with venue/exchange connectivity and market data protocols (FIX, ITCH/OUCH, multicast).
  • Track record shipping features end-to-end and operating what you build in production.

Compensation & benefits

  • Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus): $191,250—$225,000 USD
  • Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility

  • Remote-first, but not remote-only; quarterly in-person surges
