Your position

  • Infra Lead on the Exchange team within Institutional. Own network infrastructure, deployment, and operational tooling for a unified trading platform across cloud and on-prem/colocated venues. Own, operate, and optimize ultra-low-latency networks and data-center infrastructure for institutional trading and market data. Design/routing and multicast architectures using BGP, OSPF, VRFs, PIM. Deploy/operate firewalls (Fortinet/Palo Alto) and secure connectivity (IPsec/VPNs). Drive observability and network automation (Python, Ansible, SNMP/gRPC telemetry). Lead production changes, incident response, and on-call rotation. Mentor engineers and collaborate with SRE/Infra, Product, and trading-system teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of network/infrastructure/SRE experience with ownership of production systems in financial services or latency-sensitive environments (on-prem/colocated).
  • Deep hands-on expertise with multicast networking, BGP, OSPF, VRFs, high-availability architectures, and low-latency data-center switching.
  • Proven ability to lead live incident response for production trading systems and coordinate cross-functional resolution during market events.
  • Experience with Fortinet or Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, SNMP or gRPC telemetry, network automation using Python or Ansible, and strong Linux networking fundamentals in latency-critical environments.
  • Familiarity with exchange/electronic trading concepts; deep crypto experience is a plus, not required.

Compensation & benefits

  • Base salary range: $186,065—$218,900 USD (excluding equity and bonus).
  • Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
