  • Senior Product Manager – Universal KYC (MetaMask Passport)

Requirements

  • Proven experience building or scaling identity verification (IDV), KYC, or onboarding products
  • Strong fintech background, ideally with exposure to Web3
  • Hands-on experience with IDV vendors (e.g., Sumsub, Veriff, Onfido, Persona, Stripe Identity)
  • Familiarity with compliance workflows (KYC, KYB, CDD)
  • Track record delivering platform products adopted across multiple teams","Ability to operate across technical systems and user experience

Compensation & benefits

  • Salary range for US-based candidates: $130,000—$187,000 USD (not including bonus, equity, or other benefits)
  • Compensation for candidates outside the US (including Canada, EMEA, LATAM) determined during interview and may differ from US range
  • Location constraint: applications from France, Italy, or Germany cannot be considered
