Your position

  • Senior Project Manager, Mechanical

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8-10 years in mechanical equipment engineering, procurement engineering, MEP construction, OEM application or project engineering, or owner-side capital delivery; at least 5 years supporting data centers or mission-critical facilities
  • Hands-on experience leading RFPs and technical/commercial bid leveling for mission-critical mechanical systems (cooling plants, AHUs, pumps, heat rejection, piping, valves, controls, redundancy)
  • Experience coordinating equipment submittals with Engineer of Record and cross-disciplinary design teams; managing production tracking, expediting, and factory witness testing
  • Working knowledge of equipment commercial terms (warranty, storage, startup, liquidated damages, title/risk of loss) and their impact on construction/operations; ability to manage multiple concurrent packages across sites/schedules; advanced Excel skills for trackers, bid models, cost forecasts; strong communication skills
