Your position

  • Senior Software Engineer, Backend on the Advanced Trading team. Own end-to-end design, development, and reliability of high-performance backend services using Golang and gRPC for global customers. Lead rapid experiments to optimize trading funnels, drive time-to-market for new features, and uphold software engineering best practices. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers across time zones to translate vision into quarterly roadmaps and high-impact outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional backend software engineering experience
  • Significant experience in Golang and gRPC
  • Experience designing scalable service architectures with trade-offs across performance, reliability, and maintainability
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Datadog or similar tools
  • Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases, third-party API integrations, GraphQL, and ETL pipelinesReadiness to work on event-driven architectures (Kafka, MQ, etc.)? (as implied)

Compensation & benefits

  • Base salary range: $186,065—$218,900 USD (annual, excluding equity/bonus)
