Job title: Senior Solutions Engineer Mobile

Location: Mexico

As a Senior Solutions Engineer – Mobile, you’ll be the technical expert enabling successful deployments of our mobile SDKs and APIs across iOS and Android platforms. You’ll work directly with strategic partners and enterprise clients, helping them design, implement, and troubleshoot solutions that integrate Incode’s technology into their mobile applications. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our product delivers value from day one—translating complex technical challenges into scalable solutions while building trusted relationships with client developers and stakeholders.

What You’ll Own & Drive

• Partner with client engineering teams to integrate Incode’s mobile SDKs on iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java) environments.
• Act as a consultative lead throughout the integration lifecycle—gathering requirements, validating technical feasibility, and guiding architecture discussions.
• Dive into customer codebases to troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, including performance optimization and UI customization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to represent client needs and escalate bugs or feature requests.
• Own end-to-end deployment support, including SDK configuration, mobile capabilities (camera, permissions, streaming), and app store readiness.
• Represent Incode in technical discussions, fostering confidence and trust in our mobile capabilities and integration support.

Your Background

• 5+ years of experience in mobile development or mobile solutions engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on development experience in native mobile applications: Kotlin/Java for Android and Swift for iOS.
• Exposure to hybrid platforms such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin is a plus—but you remain grounded in native architecture.
• Experience with third-party SDK integrations, mobile debugging (Xcode, Android Studio), and troubleshooting performance/UI issues.
• Proven track record of working in customer-facing or partner-facing roles—ideally in SaaS or tech consulting environments.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git workflows, mobile CI/CD, and mobile app store deployment processes.
• Professional proficiency in English required; Spanish is a plus.
