Your position

  • SEO and Web Growth Manager — Own organic search and web-growth strategy; manage technical SEO, site architecture, international search, and content-authority standards; drive CRO and landing-page optimization; build and lead in-house SEO/web-growth team; integrate initiatives with Product, Engineering, Creative, Content, and Analytics; transition work from agencies to internal teams.

Requirements

  • Proven track record owning organic search and web growth for large, complex, or multilingual consumer businesses.
  • Strong technical fluency in crawl/indexation, site architecture, and performance issues with actionable engineering priorities.
  • Experience building and scaling a rigorous experimentation framework across high-intent journeys and landing pages.
  • Ability to bring core capabilities in-house and selectively manage external agencies; not solely an editorial SEO lead.
