Your position

  • Own end-to-end projects as DRI for stablecoin-based money movement features; build backend systems, infrastructure, and APIs to enable stablecoin payments; collaborate with Product/Design/Infrastructure/Compliance; drive performance, scalability, and reliability improvements; contribute to engineering quality through code reviews and architecture patterns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of backend engineering experience (fintech/payments/crypto);
  • Proficiency in backend languages (Go, Java) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP);
  • Hands-on experience designing distributed systems and APIs;
  • Experience as DRI driving end-to-end delivery from design to production;
  • Experience integrating with or building on blockchain/crypto (stablecoins, on-chain payments, or smart contract platforms like Ethereum/Solana/Base);at least some exposure to blockchain/crypto technologies;

Compensation & benefits

  • Annual base salary: CAD 154,000 (excluding equity/bonus);
  • Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility and benefits (medical, dental, vision);
