Requirements

  • 3–5+ years building production backend services
  • Proficiency in Go, or strong experience in another backend language plus willingness to work primarily in Go
  • Hands-on Postgres experience: Schema design; Writing efficient queries; Transactions; Migrations; Understanding of concurrency, idempotency, and failure handling in distributed systems
  • A track record of shipping and running services on your own
  • Clear communication and interest in growing into technical leadership

Compensation & benefits

  • $170,000 - $190,000 a year
