Your position

  • Sr Consultant at Incode: manage enterprise customer relationships, from implementation to production, with a consultative approach; lead insight presentations for executives; coordinate with Product, Delivery, DevOps, and cross-functional teams; guide customers through deployments and ensure account growth; develop enterprise requirements scoping and success measurement.

Requirements

  • Experience in a consulting firm leading customer projects.
  • MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred (business, technology, or engineering).
  • Previous Customer Success in enterprise and/or SaaS is a plus.
  • Strong project/program management skills.
  • Technical acumen to articulate enterprise capabilities; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
