Your position

  • Staff Analytics Engineer - own and execute the vision for the data transformation layer; work on a GCP-based, open-source data infrastructure using dbt and Trino; build scalable data models delivered via BI tools, reports, and reverse ETL; collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and business users; 100% remote team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of analytics engineering or data engineering focused on data transformation (ELT).
  • Proven track record owning data products end-to-end, ensuring data quality, scalability, and robust data models.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements; own with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience improving data warehouse performance and ETL efficiency.
  • Expert-level SQL and dbt for complex queries and data transformations; Python for transformations beyond SQL; query optimization across OLTP/OLAP (e.g., Postgres, Iceberg). ,
