  • Staff Data Scientist, Payments - Day-to-day scope: partner with Payments, product, and business leaders to design and develop foundational datasets, metrics, and analytical frameworks; analyze customer behavior, product adoption, and transaction activity; build scalable data solutions, reporting, dashboarding, and automation using SQL, Python, and BI tools; conduct analyses to inform product strategy, user experiences, and revenue growth; communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders; influence product and business strategy across functions.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience building scalable data solutions, dashboards, and automation; ability to analyze customer behavior, product adoption, and transaction activity; experience with data storytelling and communicating findings to senior leadership; collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business leaders; strategic thinker with impact at scale.
