Your position

  • Staff Software Engineer (Singapore) responsible for architecting and delivering brokerage and platform services for New Markets in the region; act as technical lead and representative for Singapore stakeholders; focus on architecture, APIs, reliability, and mentorship as an individual contributor; collaborate with global teams and operate across time zones; engage with Product, Compliance, and local stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong backend engineering experience (Go or equivalent) and distributed systems at scale;
  • Staff-level impact including architecture ownership, cross-team technical leadership, and mentoring;
  • Financial services/fintech/brokerage exposure (trading lifecycle, settlements, regulatory awareness);
  • Excellent English communication and comfort working with regional and global stakeholders.
