  • Staff Enterprise Architect

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Enterprise Architecture with collaboration across domain, data, and security engineers and solution architects
  • Ability to develop, document, and publish Enterprise Architecture guidelines and design patterns
  • Cybersecurity best practices including authentication, authorization, encryption, integration key management, and logging
  • Experience leading efforts to identify, monitor, and reduce technical debt across the enterprise
  • Experience delivering OKRs with broad architectural impact and influencing architectural decisions

Compensation & benefits

  • Remote-first, but not remote-only; quarterly in-person surge sessions
  • Base salary range: $193,970—$228,200 USD (excluding equity and bonus)
  • Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility
